Owner and Sole Proprietor
A Pastor's wife, married for 45 years, mother of 3 wonderful children,
and grandmother of 11 beautiful grandchildren.
I began cleaning to earn extra cash while attending college.
With small beginnings as a family owned and operated business... positive clientele required adding members of my family and church family.
Honesty, Integrity, and Accountability are valued qualities of each member of the team.
This business has allowed me to mentor young adults and young mothers in work skills, ethics, as well as how to start their own cleaning businesses and become financially empowered.
This mission has been very rewarding.

Feb 2018.-Oh my, where to even start? I will first make the general statement that if we didn’t have Murlene’s crew, we could not use our coast home as a part time rental. We had two cleaners previously, both of whom were often unreliable or confused or didn’t care to keep our schedule or do good cleaning consistently. Then we found Murlene. She came to our house and made a thorough assessment to develop a price. Then we were assigned a consistent cleaner who came to know the house well. She had two baby twins so we don’t see her as often now but the replacement cleaner is also very good. Terri-Oceanside
Feb 2018-What do we like? We allow dogs at our house so they are great about getting rid of dog hair, not always an easy task. They are consistent. I can count on sinks being shiny clean, sheets and down comforters always folded in the way that I like them on the beds, things are almost always put away where I want them to be. Cabinets faces are clean and without spots. The refrigerator is spotless after a guest or we leave. Bathrooms are also spotless and smell great and towels are always folded in a decorative way. Even the toilet paper is always folded in a charming way. If we run low on things, they well us in a timely way. If something is broken, they let us know so we can get it fixed before it is missed.
Here’s another thing I really like. If there is a guest mix up or I’m mixed up, they are flexible but they have limits. They don’t say they can work something in if they can’t but they always try to accommodate errors. If they make a mistake, they admit it (though it is far more often I that makes a mistake in scheduling). They are completely honest and the price they charge is totally reasonable. Their bookkeeping is solid and payment is a snap on my credit card which I love.
Honestly, you could not go wrong with her team. My husband and I say over and over to each other how fortunate we are to have found this team. We could not be more pleased with what they do to help us keep our home functioning, clean and useable. The best thing? When we get there to stay ourselves, I cannot even tell that anyone has ever been there but us. Love that part.

I recommend Murlene and her crew enthusiastically and without any reservations. They’ve cleaned for us for many years and have always done a great job and been there when they said they would. Murlene’s communications have been so helpful about informing us of anything out of the ordinary or if certain supplies are needed. She is at times better organized than I am. Because she has many connections at the coast, she’s helped us get firewood a couple of times and has just generally supported whatever we needed. Murlene is a wonderful, reliable woman who is very easy to work with.Sincerely,
